It's more Fun to Believe than Not
If you believe in the Law of Attraction, you can write your lists of desires and keep adding to it. It's a little like having Christmas for adults, and keeping it going all year long.
If you don't believe in the Law of Attraction, you have to plan out your life, going to school to get the degree so that you can get the job to pay back the student loan. When that's done, if your credit is still good, you can get the coop apartment or the condo, and when that appreciates, you can get the bigger condo or the small home.... And, so on and so on....
Now, you can still work on the second as an action plan, but you don't have to believe that you will be thirty before you can have your first home. You will be able to go visit those homes when you're still in your twenties. You'll be able to sit in those luxury cars when you're still in your twenties.
My cousin John liked fine cars and yachts and travel from the time he was a small boy. He put off going to college for a while so that he could enjoy himself. He found paid work helping to move yachts or cars from one place to another.
This allowed him the chance to travel to the places that the owners or dealers wanted the car or yacht moved to. When he got there, if he wanted to stay for a while, he'd visit yacht dealerships or car dealerships and offer to sell on straight commission. He only had to sell one or two $100,000 items to be able to live very well.
John enjoyed his life having access to those cars and yachts way before he was able to actually buy one.
It's Great Fun When You Know That Your Dream Has Manifested
I have always known when my dream had come true. I'm speaking now, of knowing it before it happened. I have a feeling in my gut of absolute joy and surety. It's a feeling that makes me a little teary, like a beautiful wedding.
Here is my question: Did it happen because I finally BELIEVED, or did I just know when the last hurdle had been jumped?
I can't answer that. It's a chicken and egg question. The truth is that both have to be attained. Before you will have your dream in your hands (parking lot/bank account...) you have to have absolute confidence that it's yours.
And, the second is also true. Before you will have your dream in your hands, you have to jump through whatever hurdles the Universe sends to prepare you for it. The Universe will not give you anything that you can't handle. If your dream is a big one, you will have to become a bigger person to handle it.
Many of the most successful manifestors using the Law of Attraction were homeless for a while. Jesus was born in a stable before he could perform miracles. Buddha was a homeless beggar before he became the great teacher. But, have you noticed that none of them complain about this?
Great preparation for a great dream fulfilled brings only joy and peace, not complaints. You have a choice, you can complain and live an ordinary life, or you can stop complaining, throw yourself into your life and have an extraordinary life.
